I empower corporate individuals to live a fulfilling life by understanding who you are and to create from a place of knowing what you want in life - whether it’s a career, business, lifestyle or what kind of leader you want to be.
I do this through 1:1 coaching and tailored 6 month programs using NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming), Coaching, Emotional Intelligence (EQ), spiritual practices, leadership experience and a vast array of learnings and lessons from my own life.

Who am I?
From English and German parents I have been fortunate to have grown up and lived in several countries - I was born and grew up in Singapore, lived in Australia for a decade, Germany and now the UK. But where I’m from and who I am has always been something I’ve questioned: Who am I?
From an early age I had a curiosity for who I was and how I fit into the world having lived across multiple countries and cultures. I didn’t quite fit in anywhere - I wondered what my bigger purpose was, what my heart craved, and how I wanted to live. In parallel I recognised repeated patterns in my life, some serving and others not, and I wanted to work through these so I could be intentional about how and where I wanted to live. And this is where the quest of how ‘Who Am I’ started…
For the past 15+ years I’ve been working in the corporate world working for some incredible companies such as Citrix, VMWare, Salesforce and WalkMe to name a few, helping companies and individuals succeed in their digital transformation journeys.
